Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
The service
TradePlan is job, quote, and invoice management software for trade businesses. By creating an account or using TradePlan, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.
Accounts and trials
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required; after the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or go unpaid after a billing failure.
Your data
You own the client, quote, job, and invoice data you enter into TradePlan. We don't claim ownership of it and only access it to provide the service or respond to support requests. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Don't use TradePlan to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TradePlan available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — we may need to take the service down for maintenance or to fix issues, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Liability
TradePlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
